Appliance Connection was very professional and completed the repair in a timely manner!!

Our dishwasher went out and I quickly looked for Appliance Repair services and found Appliance Center. I called them and they came out the next day. Their person, Lane, arrived the next day. He isolated the problem, showed it to me, was able to temporarily fix it so we could use the dishwasher while they ordered the necessary part. They called when the part came in, scheduled a time for the next day. Lane came out and replaced the part and actually found our drain line needed to be raised and took care of it while he was here. They were reasonable with price and will be my “go to” repair company.

Recently I used Appliance Connection services for the first time. I would not hesitate to use them again when needed. They were prompt, friendly and quickly solved the problem with my dishwasher. Thank you Lane.

Being generous with the 1-star rating here. This company will advertise that you get a free-diagnostic on your appliance, but in actuality you will pay $135 for this diagnostic service that can be applied to your service repair. I'm fine with that approach; however, after I paid the $135 for the consultation to tell me what I already knew, I was given a follow-up call to tell me that there are no parts to make the repair. This is not true as I had already spoken to Samsung and given the replacement part # to order myself and have installed. The service repair person called to tell me that there's nothing they can do and I'm out the $135. Total sham!

Horrible customer service! Missed called had to wait days for another appointment. Disappointed.
